It was my first 10K I've run and I was happy with my time at just under 54 minutes for 6.2 miles. That makes an average split time of 8:41 minutes per mile. Marci is sporting her Mardi Gras hat that she won for taking second place over all the women. (I'm in good company don't you think?). Amy &amp; Eric, our fellow racers and game playing buddies, have a goal to run a race in every state. How cool is that? Hallelujah! I can't work if I'm not organized. Now I've been spending the last week washing and ironing yards and yards of luscious fabric that's been piling up in storage buckets. I don't really know what to write about since I've never blogged before, but I guess this is a good place to keep a running diary of daily activity in and around the Watson household. In over 15 years of marriage I've only managed to write about 50 pages in my journal, so maybe I'll have better luck with blogging......
